| Pedro's Bistro |
No introduction to the Katherine Club would be complete without mention of Pedro's Bistro, named after its Chef, Peter 'Pedro' McDougall. Pedro has managed the bistro for the last ten years, having joined the Club after nearly 25 years service in the RAAF. Pedro and his staff provide patrons with a wide selection of dishes, as well as daily specials, all complemented by a superb selection of fine wines. The Bistro seats up to 300, and function facilities are available.
